"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts 1 package bacon
1 large container of whipping cream 1 chopped onion
1/2 c. orzo pasta 1 c. white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into half’s or thirds. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each piece of chicken tightly. Place in baking dish. Cover about half way with whipping cream. Bake at 400º until bacon on top is crispy (usually about 1 hour). Rice: Fry onion and orzo pasta until golden brown. Add white rice and fry for a few more minutes. Add 2 1/2 cups of hot water and salt and pepper to taste. Turn heat to low, cover, and allow to simmer until rice is done. Sauce: After you take the chicken out of the pan, pour the remaining liquid into a very, very small strainer, to strain all the fat and junk out of the sauce. Serve the chicken over rice, with sauce on top! Yum, yum!
