3-4 lb brisket, 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/3 c vinegar, 1/4 c catsup, 4 dashes worcestershire, 2 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare sauce & put to side. Salt & pepper a beef brisket. Wrap in foil, place in baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 350º for 1 hr. Reduce heat & cook for 2 hrs at 300º. Unwrap beef & pour 3/4ths of the sauce over the meat. Cook for 40 minutes & then add remainder of sauce over meet and cook for 20 minutes.
