• 1 ½ lbs Boneless Round Steak
• 1 cup Onion, chopped in large chunks
• 1 tsp Minced Garlic
• ¼ tsp. Ground Ginger
• 1 cup Beef Broth
• ¼ cup Soy Sauce

Ingredients: Serving Day
• 2 TBSP Cornstarch
• ¼ cup Water
• 1 Green pepper (cut into strips) – may use frozen
• 1 Red peppers (cut into strips) – may use frozen
• 2 Tomatoes – cut into large chunks
• (or 1 large can drained)
• Rice or egg noodles

• Trim fat from round steak and slice into strips
• Lightly brown meat in greased pan over medium heat
• Cool and place steak in freezer bag.
• Add onion, garlic, ginger, beef broth and soy sauce
• Remove excess air from bag, seal, label & freeze

Directions: Serving Day
• Thaw beef mixture
• Spray slow cooker with cooking spray
• Add beef mixture
• Cook on low for 6 – 8 hours or high for 3 – 4
• Turn slow cooker temperature to high
• Mix cornstarch and water in a small mixing bowl
• Pour the mixture into the slow cooker, stirring as you add
• Add green and red pepper strips and tomatoes
• Cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until peppers are tender
• Serve over rice or egg noodles
