• 4-6 Chicken Breasts – boneless
• ½ cup Italian salad dressing
• ½ cup Teriyaki Sauce
(thick kind with seeds - BJs)
• 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Directions:

• Combine Italian dressing, teriyaki sauce and garlic.
• Mix until well done.
• Add chicken, seal and freeze



Directions: Serving Day
• Defrost chicken
• Grill, bake or broil chicken until done
