• Chicken Breasts – thin sliced (1 per person)
• Bacon Bits (in jar works best)
• Cheddar cheese – shredded
• Salt, Pepper & Paprika

Ingredients: Serving Day

• 1 TBSP Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Corn starch
• 2/3 cup Chicken Broth
• Pepper (to taste)

• Lay chicken breasts on a flat surface
• Sprinkle chicken with bacon bits and cheddar cheese
• Roll chicken up and secure with a toothpick
• Sprinkle with spices
• Freeze

Directions: Serving Day
• Defrost chicken
• Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken (4 minutes per side) until browned
• Decrease heat to medium low, cover and cook 10 minutes until chicken is done
• Remove from skillet and cover
• Stir cornstarch into chicken broth
• Add to skillet
• Bring to a boil, scraping up brown bits on bottom of pan
• Cook 3 minutes until thick
• Spoon sauce over chicken and serve
