1 chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 bag toffee bits
cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to package directions, choosing a 9 x 13 baking pan. While still very hot, poke holes in top of cake with a straw or skewer. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly and completely over hot cake. Sprinkle toffee chips over cake, also. Cool completely, Top with cool whip and serve.

Toffee bits are found where chocolate baking chips are sold.
