2 c catsup
1 1/2 c white vinegar
1 small bottle Worcestershire sauce (5 oz.)
1 T onion juice
1 T salt
1 dash red pepper
1 stick butter
1 T Tabasco (NOT Texas Pete!)
1 T brown sugar
1 T diced garlic
1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cool. Heat, but not boil, prior to serving.

This quantity makes about 1 quart, which is enough for 10 pounds of meat. Easily multiplied.
