1 1/2 cups tomato juice
6 large fresh tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
2 large cucumbers, diced
2 large bell peppers, diced
1/2 cup green onion, diced
3 T white wine vinegar
2 T olive oil
1 T minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large glass or stainless steel bowl. Run about 1/2 the amount into a blender for a smoother consistency. Combine again and stir.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold. Garnish with parsley, lime, avocado or sour cream if desired.
