1 T. ground thyme
1 tsp. white pepper
1 T. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
This recipe is good for 4 lbs. beef tenderloin.
Prepare 14 hours ahead of cooking:
Place beef on large sheet of foil and rub thyme into beef. Mix pepper, seasoned salt, garlic salt and oregano. Sprinkle onto beef. Roll beef over to pick up the remaining spices off the foil. Wrap beef in foil and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
2 hours ahead:
Remove beef from refrigerator and place in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and Worcestershire sauce. Let stand, bringing up to room temp.
To cook, add water to pan and cook 35 minutes at 400º for rare to med-rare.
