1 sm. box Vanilla Pudding , not instant
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Butter or Margarine
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
2 cups Broken Pecans
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding, sugar, butter and milk in saucepan and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Then cook to soft-ball stage, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add pecans and vanilla. Beat until mixture starts to thicken. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper and cool. NOTE: If mixture seems too thick, add a little warm water.
