1 lb ground beef
1 box lasagna
2 jars spaghetti sauce (bertollis cagernet with basil is particularly good)
16 oz part skim Ricotta cheese
2 cups Italian blend cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Combine 1st jar spaghetti sauce with with beef and set aside.

Boil package of lasagna per package instructions.

Combine ricotta cheese and italian cheese mix.

"Grease" bottom of lasagna pan with sauce from 2nd jar. Place lasagna noodles on top of sauce. Spread cheese mixture on top of noodles. Place lasagna on top of cheese mixture. Place noodles on top of cheese mixture. Please beef on top of noodles. Place lasagna on top of beef mixture. Place cheese mixture on top of lasagna. Place lasagna noodles on top of cheese mixture. Spread spaghetti sauce from 2nd jar on top of lasagna noodles. Sprinkle all of the mozerella cheese on the top.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for an hour and 15 minutes at 375º. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes prior to serving.
