3 chicken breasts, boiled and cut into small pieces
6 cups minute rice
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz sour cream
Sleeve of Ritz crackers
Melted stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken pieces on the bottom of the casserole dish (be sure it is covered and probably an inch or so thick). Spread cheese on top of chicken. On top of cheese, spread rice. In separate mixing bowl, mix together sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Pour entire mixture over rice layer. Crush entire sleeve of Ritz crackers and cover sour cream mixture with crackers. Melt butter and pour over Ritz Crackers. Cook for an hour at 375º
