6 cups strawberries (washed, hulled)
4 1/4 cup sugar
1 box (1.75 oz) No Sugar Needed SureJell (pink box)
canning jars, lids, seals

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and hull strawberries. Place in large spaghetti pot. Crush strawberries with mashed potato masher until almost liquid. Measure out sugar. Add 1/4 cup sugar and surejell to strawberries. Bring to a full boil. Add remaining sugar (4 cups sugar to 6 cups sliced berries). Bring back to a boil and boil for one minute. Remove from heat. Skim excess foam and save. Check consistency. If not thick enough, bring to a boil again for two minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and stir completely. Fill jars within 1/4 inch to top - seal lid, tighten ring. Follow directions for sanitizing and sealing on canning jars.
