Notes: I have been making this banana bread since I was a young girl. My kids love it! Great with a cup of coffee, it makes you feel all warm and cozy! Recipe can be doubled and cooked in a cake tube pan-if you have lots of ripe bananas that are ready to be thrown out. It's also good if you add a little more bananas-it makes it more moist (but not to many that it won't get done in the middle). ENJOY!
