15 oz. Part-skim ricotta cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. manicotti shells, uncooked
1 can (26.5 oz) spaghetti sauce
non-stick cooking spray
1 cup water

PREHEAT oven to 375 Combine ricotta cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, black pepper in medium bowl; mix well. Put in zip lock bag and pipe into shells; set aside.

POUR half of the sauce into a 13x9x2 casserole sprayed with non-stick spray. Arranged shells in dish in a single layer; pour remaining sauce evenly over top. Pour water into corner of dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella evenly over sauce. Cover tightly with foil sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 1 hour 15 min. or until pasta is tender. Let stand, covered, 10 min before serving.
