Ingredients:  
1 lb. Eckrich© Sausage, cut into 1/2” slices
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 pkg. Au Gratin Potatoes
2 1/2 cups Hot Water
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 cups Carrots, sliced (4 Medium)
10 oz. Chopped Frozen Broccoli, cooked and drained
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir sausage and onion in oil. Drain. Stir in potatoes and sauce mix. Add water, pepper and carrots. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until potatoes and carrots are tender,. Approximately 20 minutes on top of stove. Stir in broccoli. Put in casserole dish, sprinkle cheese on top, cover and cook in 350º oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
