1 1/2 lb. Cabbage, finely shredded
1 med Onion, thinly sliced
1 med. Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Carrots, grated
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Oil
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, bell pepper and carrots. In a sauce pan combine oil, sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over vegetable mixture. Add salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight (12 hours) or longer.
