1 lb. baby carrots
2 chicken bullion cubes
2 T dried parsley
1/2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cover carrots with water in a medium saucepan. Add the 2 Chicken Bullion Cubes and bring water to a boil, stirring occasionally until carrots are tender.
Drain carrots and empty into a serving bowl with 1/2 T butter. Sprinkle the parsley on top and mix together. Serve warm.
