Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large package (about 2-3lbs) of chicken wings
1 bottle of Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ Sauce
1 bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Hot BBQ Sauce
1 container of Red Chili Flakes (1.2-1.4oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F
Cut drumettes and wings into individual pieces, minding to cut off the tip of the wing.
Spray cookie sheet (with raised edge) with non stick spray and line wings down with skin side up. Place in oven for 20 minutes.
In large bowl, mix 1 part Honey BBQ Sauce,1 part Hot BBQ Sauce.
Flip wings after first 20 minutes and cook for another 15 skin side down. Drain any excess liquids from cookie sheet prior to putting back into oven. Remove wings after 15 minutes and place into separate large bowl. Reduce oven temperature to 225F. Cover wings with mixed bbq sauces and spin with a large spoon to thoroughly cover wings with sauce. Sprinkle crushed red peppers over wings generously while still in bowl and spin wings again. Place wings back on cookie sheet an cook at 225F for 20-45 minutes. The longer they stay in the more tender they are at this temp.

Remove after 20+ minutes and serve.
Blue Cheese and Ranch Dressing optional for dipping.

Personal Notes:
I personally bake them longer at the 225F (up to 45 minutes) because the wings are more tender and the meat just falls off the bone. You can use a huge variety of wing sauces to your flavor discretion but this blend I really like since you get a sweet and hot combo that doesn't build past a certain point. It just gets your taste buds to a happy place and keeps them there!

3lbs of wings is about 36-48 wings.
