"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Cinnamon toast is so simple that you don't really need a recipe - but what the heck...

1. mix the sugar and cinnamon into a small container that you can sprinkle it out of like salt

2. Heat the broiler while spreading the butter and adding the sugar/cinnamon mixture onto the bread

3. Place bread in the broiler and toast sugared side up until sugar melts. Don't over cook so that the toast is not brick hard.

4. Enjoy

This is a quick and simple way to make cinnamon toast - lots of butter will make it really moist. Make sure that the sugar and cinnamon mixture is on all corners of the bread for overall goodness!! If you are on a diet you can use the low calorie spray-on butters - they taste ok and you can still enjoy a good cinnamon toast with less weight watcher points (low calorie bread + low calorie butter + sugar/cinnamon mixture = 2 points per toast). Yummy!
