4 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup butter
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with baking soda and cream of tartar. Set aside. Blend butter, cooking oil and sugars in mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Mix flour mixture with creamed mixture. Drop by tsp on ungreased cookie sheet. Put the bottom of a glass in sugar and press each cookie flat. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown around edges.
