1-4 lb. Stewing Hen
1/2 lb. Beef
1 cup Onions, diced
1 1/2 cups Carrots, sliced
3 cups Celery, chopped
Few drops of Lemon Juice
2 tbsp. Butter
1/2 cups Dry Beans
1 can Peas
2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
4 cups Potatoes, cubed
2 cups Cabbage, chopped
Salt and Pepper
Noodles

Directions:

Soak dry beans about 3 hours. Simmer chicken and beef. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
