1 1 1/2 lb boneless pork shoulder roast
1 1 1/2 lb boneless beef chuck roast
1 jar of favorite BBQ sauce

16 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from beef and pork roasts. If necessary, cut roasts to fit into a 3 1/2 or 4 qt. slow cooker. Place meat in the cooker. Pour BBQ sauce over meat.
Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 10-12 hours or on high-heat setting for 5-6 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker, reserving sauce. Use two forks to shred meat. Stir together shredded meat and reserved sauce in cooker. Use a slotted spoon to transfer meat mixture to toasted buns.
