1 c Worcestershire sauce
2 c water
8 cloves of garlic
4 bay leaves
bar-b-q sauce
11/2 - 2 lb rack of ribs (I always use baby-back)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Using a large roasting pan with a rack fitted on top, place Worcestershire sauce, water, garlic, bay leaves in the bottom of the pan. Place the ribs on the top rack and cover the pan with foil, sealing well. Bake in oven 2 hours. Remove from oven and place or grill or refrigerate to grill later. Grill over medium-low fire for thirty minutes, turning occasionally. Baste with bar-b-q sauce the final 5 minutes.
