2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup water (ice cold)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour & salt; with pastry knife cut in shorting until particles are pea sized. Sprinkle with cold water and toss with fork.

Enough crust for 2 shells or top and bottom of one.

For extra golden extra rich pie crust increase quantity of shortening to 1 cup.
