8 Eggs
8 Slices of Bread, any kind (break up, include crust)
1 lb Sausage (cooked)
2 cups Milk
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. In large bowl, mix all ingredients, except bread, together by adding and mixing one at a time. Layer bread onto bottom of greased pan, pour egg mixture over bread. Refrigerate 12 hours. When ready to eat, simply bake at 350º for approximately 35 minutes

Our family's Christmas breakfasts are almost as special as our Christmas dinner. We gather together to open presents, watch the children play with their new and exciting toys, and then sit down to a very special breakfast, served with Poinsettas (Champagne and Cranberry Juice) and Christmas Bloody Mary's. A very special time for family.
