1 C ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 C CHOPPED PECANS
1 (8 OZ) PKG. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
1 C POWDERED SUGAR
1 (9 OZ) CARTON COOL WHIP, THAWED
1 TSP VANILLA
1 (4 1/2 OZ) PKG. INSTANT CHOCOLATE PUDDING
1 (3 3/4 OZ) PKG. INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
2 C COLD MILK

COMBINE BUTTER, FLOUR AND PECANS FOR CRUST AND PRESS INTO BOTTOM OF A 13X9X2 INCH PAN.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREE FOR 20 MINUTES. COOL
FOR THE FILLING BLEND CREAM CHEESE, POWDERED SUGAR, 1 CUP COOL WHIP AND VANILLA. SPREAD OVER COOLED CRUST.

BLEND INSTANT PUDDING MIXES (COMBINE VANILLA & CHOCOLATE) WITH THE 2 CUPS OF MILK AND MIX UNTIL THICK. POUR OVER CREAM CHEESE FILLING. TOP WITH REMAINING COOL WHIP. MAY TOP WITH ADDITIONAL PECANS. CHILL UNTIL SERVING TIME.
