1/4 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/4 TSP SALT
1 STICK UNSALTED BUTTER, AT ROOM TEMP.
1 C FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 1/2 TSP VANILLA
1/2 C CHOPPED MACADAMIA NUTS
1/2 C WHITE-CHOCOLATE CHIPS

HEAT OVEN TO 350. LINE 8X8 GLASS BAKING DISH WITH FOIL, SO FOIL HANGS OVER EDGES; SPRAY WITH NON-STICK VEGETABLE SPRAY. IN SMALL BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, AND SALT. IN MEDIUM BOWL, CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR WITH ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL FLUFFY. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME, BEATING WELL. BEAT IN VANILLA. ADD FLOUR MIXTURE; STIR UNTIL JUST BLENDED. FOLD IN NUTS AND CHIPS. SCRAPE BATTER IN BAKING DISH; BAKE 28-32 MINUTES OR UNTIL WOODEN PICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL IN BAKING DISH ON WIRE RACK BEFORE CUTTING.
