Ingredients:  
5 cans Pork and Beans
1 large Bell Pepper chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 Cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
1 Cup Delmonte Ketchup
1/2 tsp DRY mustard
3 TBSP regular mustard
4-5 strips of bacon
(1/4-1/2 Cup Water if needed to keep from getting too dry.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together and place in 11 X 14 greased baking dish. Place bacon strips on top and bake at 350 until peppers and onions are done.

These started out as our family Thanksgiving tradition but now they are included sometimes at the 4th of July Reunion. Its just one of those foods that it's not Thanksgiving if the Baked Beans aren't included.
