16 oz. can Whole Beets
1/4 cup Prepared Horseradish
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Water
1 tbsp. Grated Onion
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Grate the beets or finely chop in a food processor. Mix with the other ingredients and refrigerate in a covered container. Store for at least one day. Before serving, taste and add more sugar or vinegar if desired. Good with meats or vegetables or can be used as an appetizer.
