2 c chicken broth
1 c uncooked rice
2/3 c pecans, chopped
1 small fruitcake, crumbled *optional
2 T butter
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth and rice in saucepan. Bring to boil and cover. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat and stir in pecans, fruitcake, butter, parsley, and seasoning.
