1 1/2 lbs - 3 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs - (with Italian seasonings)
3 tbsp. parsley
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup grated cheese (Piccorino or any spicy hard cheese).
Optional: black pepper to taste

Sauce:
2 large cans of peeled tomatoes
1 large can of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring tomato sauce and tomatoes to a boil, reduce heat to low.
Meatballs: Mix all ingredients together and form meatballs; lightly drop raw meatballs in sauce and cook slowly 30-45 minutes.
