1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced celery
1 large pkg slivered almonds
3 tbsp butter
1 can sliced waterchestnuts
1 cup wild rice
1/2 cup white rice
2 cans chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions. Remove from pan. In the same pan saute almonds in butter. Add rice and brown.

In a large casserole dish mix hamburger mixture, rice mixture, chicken broth, celery, soup and waterchestnuts. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1- 1/2 hours. If it gets too dry, add either 1 can chicken broth or one can cream of mushroom soup.

Serve with soy sauce. Seriously, you have to have the soy sauce.
