1 cup canola oil
2 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar, 1 brown, 1 white
1 T. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
5 cups regular oats
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except milk) with a mixer. Add milk and mix. Pour into 10x15" pan that has been sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes or until firm to the touch and golden brown. Serve with canned peaches and cream!
