10 Boiled eggs
1 pound of ground pork sausage (Jimmy Dean works good)
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the boiled eggs.
Lightly rub the peeled eggs with bread crumbs to score.
Pack an even layer of ground sausage over each egg.
Using a shallow dish with bread crumbs, roll the sausage covered eggs in bread crumbs.
Place the breaded eggs on a wire rack on a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
