1 lb. block of milk chocolate
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
Peanut Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave chocolate in a small microwavable bowl. Heat for 1 min, then stir. Continue to microwave in 30 sec. increments, stirring in between, until melted.
Spread Ritz crackers with a thin layer of peanut butter. Dip crackers in melted chocolate. Scrape off excess chocolate.
Place crackers on a wax paper-covered baking sheet.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
