6 - Cups flour
3 - tsp. Baking Powder
2 - Cups Butter
2 - Cups Sugar (White)
2 - Eggs
2 - tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 - tsp. Almond Extract
1 - tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add to butter mixture. Mix well. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. Roll to 1/4 in. thickness and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes.

I like to dip my cookies in a watery frosting to seal them prior to decorating or freezing. This seals the cookie in for freshness. (Confection sugar, water and 1 tsp. Almond extract.
