4 chicken breasts
3 eggs, hard boiled
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt & pepper to taste
dash of Spice Islands Beau Monde Seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until tender, drain & chop finely. Also, chops eggs and celery. Mix all ingredients well and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
