3 eggs
milk
flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. margarine
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. 2-4 eggs the number isn't so important.

2. Milk start with 2 cups.

3. Flour: the amount you add depends on how much milk you use. The batter should be thin and pour easily. not thick like cake batter.

4. Add vanilla likely 2 tsp.

5. Sugar: Kerri likes them sweet with not much syrup so she uses 1/8th -1/4 cup of sugar.

6. Add 2 tbsp. margarine + enough to fry in.

7. Add a dash of salt and mix all ingredients together until smooth.

8. Heat the frying pan; add the butter and fry 1 pancake.

9. Taste; adjusts as needed. Add more milk if too thick, more flour if too thin ect..
