1-3 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup flour
1 ¼ tsp. Pure Vanilla or 4 tbsp. Vanilla extract
1tbsp. Sugar
dash salt
2 tbsp. Melted butter
butter for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy with a wire whisk or fork.

2. Whisk in the milk.

3. Gradually whisk in flour, sugar and vanilla.

4. Melt the butter (allow it to cool slightly), then add it to the mixture.

5. Fry the pancakes over med-high heat in small amounts of butter.

6. Nb: the first pancake will be white in color
