8 oz. pork sausage finely crumbled
1/4 cup shopped onion
1 14 0z can sauerkraut well drained and snipped
2 tbsp dried bread crumbs finely grated
1 30z package cream cheese softened
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup flour
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup finely dried bread crumbs

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and form into balls and cook at 375º F for about 30 minutes or until meat is cooked.

The recipe was found in Grandma Clara Ready's handwriting. It sounds good, she must have liked this recipe because it reminded her of meals ate when she was growing up.
