Ingredients:  
3 sticks unsalted butter
3 tsp. course black pepper
3 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 c. dry white wine
2-3 tbsp. hot sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove fresh minced garlic
4 sprigs fresh thyme
2 bay leaves
2 lbs. raw extra-jumbo shrimp (16-20 ct.), shell on

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients excluding shrimp in heavy saucepan. Heat medium setting until butter has melted and sauce begins to simmer. Place shrimp in a large baking dish and pour sauce over shrimp. Bake 400º for approximately 20 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Grill or toast a loaf of french bread for a fabulous accompaniment to dip in the sauce!
