Bowl # 1

Mix the following together:

1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup Yogurt (plain or flavored)
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup apple sauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon rink (I use 1 lemon)
1/2 cup raisins

In bowl # 2 Mix the following:

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Bran
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 cup sliced Almond

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add contents of bowl # 2 to Bowl # 1 and mix well.

2. Pour into a lightly greased cake pan.

3. Bake in a 350º oven for 45 minutes.

4. Let cool before cutting: Serve with ice cream
