1/2 lb. Kidney Suet, ground
1 Onion, ground
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tbsp. Paprika
3 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tbsp. Accent©
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. White Pepper
1 tsp. Red Pepper
1 tbsp. Cumin Seed
1 oz. Baking Chocolate
3-4 Whole Chili Peppers (I used 1/4 heaping of canned Jalapeños)
2 cups Water

Mix all ingredients together, simmer for 2 hours.
