1 lb. real butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 lb white raisins
4 c. flour
6 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 oz bottle pure lemon extract
2 c. nuts
1/2 lb candied cherries
1/2 lb candied pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, adding fruit and nuts last. Cook in a prepared angel food cake pan at 250º for 3 hours. First hour, put a pan of water on bottom rack.
