2 cups milk
3/4 cups sugar (or up to 1 cup for sweeter pie)
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup coconut

1 baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT for vanilla, butter and coconut in saucepan. Bring to boil on med/low heat, Stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla, butter and coconut. Pour in baked pie shell while filling is hot and top with (miracle) meringue.Sprinkle lightly with coconut. Bake for 5-7 minutes at 425º until lightly browned.
