2 -3 Lbs. Pork Country Style Ribs
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
Apple Cider
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 lb. sm. Red Potatoes, quartered
1 lb. Carrots, sliced
4 sm. White Onions, sliced
1 sm. Head Cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup Chopped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper and dust ribs with flour. Heat oil in heavy, oven proof Dutch casserole put. Brown meat on all sides over medium heat. Sprinkle with reserved flour. Add apple cider, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring juices to blend in flour. Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots and onions. Cover and bake 30 minutes longer. Add cabbage and cook until cabbage is tender.
