1 c, sugar
4 T. selfrising flour
2 T. cocoa powder
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1.t.vanilla

For Meringue:
3 egg whites
1/4 t. cream of tarter
6 T. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and cocoa, Beat egg yolks; add milk. Add egg and milk mixture to dry ing. mix well. Cook over medium heat in a double boiler until thick. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Pour into pie shell.

Meringue:
Beat egg whites until soft peaks. add cream of tarter. Gradually add sugar, 1 t. at a time. beating until very stiff. Spread over pie making that it touches pie crust. Bake @300º until brown,
