1 (16 ounce) package VelveetaŠ cheese
1 can (10 ounce) RotelŠ diced tomatoes & green chilies
1 pound roll Jimmy DeanŠ sausage (hot or mild)
1 bag tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crumble and cook sausage in large saucepan over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towel.

2. Cut VelveetaŠ cheese into 1-inch cubes. Place in microwave safe bowl. Cover with plastic. Heat on high until cheese starts to melt; pause and stir. Continue doing this until all the cheese is melted. Add the RotelŠ tomatoes. Mix well.

3. Add the sausage to the cheese mixture. Stir well. Reheat in microwave until hot.

Keep stirring the cheese while heating. This will keep in the refrigerator covered for 3-4 days. Serve with chips!
