1 refrigerated pie crust, softened
5 oz. goat cheese
2/3 cup roasted red bell peppers (drained, patted dry)
2 1/2 tsp finely chopped oregano leaves
2 tsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º F. Line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper. On floured work surface, unroll pie crust. Using a 1 3/4" round canape cutter, cut out 32 rounds. Place 1/2 inch apart on cookie sheets. Spread 1 tsp goat cheese on each round. Bake 10 minutes until edges are golden brown. Stir together chopped peppers, oregano, oil, and garlic powder until well-blended. Immediately top each baked cheese topped round with 1 tsp red pepper mix.

Serve immediately for best taste!
